Proposed By Law Amendment:

All members of the corporation must have as part of the official uniform; a pair of full length black pants with a single 1 ¼ inch stripe down each leg.

1. The black pants may be worn in place of the traditional knickers.
2. The black pants, if warn must be worn by the entire crew.
3. The black pants, if warn must be worn with solid black socks which shall be worn in place of the traditional stockings.
4. The decision as to wearing of the black pants by the crew shall be the discretion and decision of the crew assigned to the game.
